Frequently asked questions
Does it issue tax invoices?
No. Receipts are internal. You keep issuing tax documents with your payment terminal or invoicing system, as you do today.
Does it need internet?
No. It works offline. Only Telegram alerts need internet, and if the connection drops they wait and go out when it's back.
Where is my data?
In your own Excel file, on your computer. It doesn't go through anyone's servers. Open it anytime to check your sales.
Can I use several registers at once?
No. It's a simple register for one point of sale on one computer. If you need several connected registers, write to us.
How do I get my license?
You download the program right after buying. Your license key arrives by email within 24 business hours; enter it in Settings and you're done.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Pay the difference, get a new key and enter it. Same Excel, nothing is lost.
Can I switch computers?
Yes. Copy your files to the new computer; the license travels inside your Excel.
